I’ve Missed You!
Greetings to all my single parents and single-parents alike. I’ve missed our discussions, laughs and giggles about the joys of single parenthood. For me, the last 6 months have been a bit busy (to say the least). My son joined every club in his school, played every instrument in the band and traveled all over the city playing club soccer. Consequently, we all know that if our kids are involved then by default, then we are too. Nevertheless, I am so excited and proud to announce that my son finished his 5th grade year with straight A’s and was inducted into the National Jr. Beta Club for his leadership, stewardship and academic excellence. Single Parents, it can be done! Remember, continue to pour into your child(ren) and then make time for you to rest and restore your mind and body. Hence, so you can do it all again next year. Love, peace, and single-parenting!
