15 Minutes, Please!

After a long work day and chauffeuring a child to all his after school activities, a mom needs 15 minutes of “me time.”

Time alone to not think, but meditate, breath. regroup, refocus, restore, remember how strong, beautiful and grateful she is.  Today, she is grateful for the abundance of blessings given and received on this day.

  1. I spent some quality time in my closet when the kids were small! Two doors between us to slump, have a cry, or breathe. When they came and found me, I would say I was just gathering the laundry. How I wish I had been more authentic and let them see my feelings sometimes. My biggest regret!
